特点

l 烫头动力采用伺服电机驱动方式，烫印时烫头与卡片接触时间可调，烫后漏点少，粘接强度大。

l 入卡采用吸盘下拉方式，彻底消除出卡时的卡间划伤。

l 卡片输送采用侧阴尼方式，定位准确，卡面无划伤。

l 烫头固定在主轴中心位置，卡片烫印位置可调，由卡台的X、Y轴工作台完成调整，调整简单，精度可达±0.1mm。

l 膜带使用步进电机输送，烫印间距可设定，准确稳定，减少了烫印材料消耗。

l 烫印头调平采用曲平调节，准确易调。

l 可选装烫印后表面清洁站

AH11C Hot-Stamping Machine

§ Adjustable hot stamping time and strong bonding strength due to the hot stamping head powered by servo-motor.

§ Hot stamping head position and hot stamping can be simply and accurately adjusted by X-axis and Y-axis according to a patented technology and the accuracy can be 0.1mm.

§ Special card loading method by suction pulling for accurate location and scratches elimination.

§ X-film belt is powered by a stepping motor which stabilizes the space between and reduces the material consumption.
